Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders can be picked up, Monday from 11-5, Thursday to Saturday 11-5 and Sunday 1-4. We are closed Tuesday/Wednesday and most stat holidays. An e-mail will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. 

LOCAL DELIVERY . 

We offer free local deliver within the Greater Victoria area for orders over $150 (pre tax). If you have questions regarding shipping boundaries and limitations please call or e-mail and we can clarify.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

Shipping estimates will be created individually for all furniture purchases. We ship exclusively within Canada.


REFUNDS RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@arriettyhome.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. 

We are not responsible for incorrectly entered information in your address/shipping details. If you entered the wrong information and the shipment was returned to us, we are not liable for shipping charges to se-send.
